Nest takes a long time to change target_temperature

Need Answer

When I try to change target_temperature in my Nest thermostats, the change can take up to 20 minutes to take effect, which is insane. Do other people have the same problem? I even have a loop to keep setting the new value, but the Nest just seems to take its own sweet time.
