New system, only one of two SecurityModules showing up in Device Manager

I just installed a new Zipabox and several modules (backup, power and 2 security modules) - Only one security module shows up in the Device Manager. All modules are stacked out of slot one on the left side of Zipabox
The same problem 
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
