No stable messaging

I have a Fibaro window sensor in my letterbox. It send me an email/message on phone when it have been opened.

But I only get an message 1 out of 3 times. Why don't I get it each time?

The picture shows the rule and the Event for the sensor. The one event OPEN 25. oct. I don't get any mail/message.
