nodon wallswitch cws 3-1 Zipabox reacts slowly to input on the switch

Helo.
I'm having a lot of problems with this waa switch https://www.tronika.no/no/zwave-kontrollere/848-veggkontroller-cws-3-1.html?search_query=nodon&results=10
If I press once it turns on or off. So far all is good.
But when I keep it pressed, to dim up or down, the box do not react fast enough. It takes several seconds before it starts do dim, and therefor it is hopeless to use the dim up and dim down function.
Also I have to make 6 rules to make the switch work, perhaps I can make an easier way?
