number of digits temperature in e-mail varible

How can i control the number of digits in the variable in my e-mail.
When i put
Temperature sensor 1 - value1 in my e-mail i get a result withe to much digits behind the comma.
it could be like this " 25.6200008392334" where " 25.5" would be anough
