Offline for some days
Hi, I just experienced a really bad issue with Zipatile...
First time I went away for some days and I expect (wrongly!) to "manage" my house from remote. Unfortunately after some hours it went offline and it stayed this way for 2 days after which my brother accessed the box, it seemd to be off although rightly plugged. He unplugged and re-plugged some times and it restarted with full battery (so this is the proof it was rightly plugged...).
Now I can see from remote that it's online but switch do not respond to commands (also from box) and some commands failed such as reboot, new device,...
Already tried to reboot (from the box with physical button), reset some switch, disable any rule, upgrade firmware and others with absolutely no progress...
Does anybody experienced something like this? Any help is highly appreciated!
