POPP Dimmer goes offline

Hi I have a little problem.
I have a POPP Dimmer in the Bedroom he was conected and has worked but now he goes permanently offline.
When I turn it on on the switch he works and is online for a longer time, then i can dimm turn on and turn off but on by my box. But in the next day he is again offline. Has somewon a idear.
