Problem with fibaro fgrm-222

Hello,
Since two or three weeks, all of my Fibaro FGRM-222 doesn't work. When I try to open or close my stores with the computer or with android app it doesn't work. I don't understand all is work perfectly before last upgrade. I try to downgrade and same result no communication between computer and box or box and fgrm-222 ?
The same problem 
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
