Problem with the end points of some devices

Hi, i have a problem with some end points. For example i have on my devices 4 endpoints, but i see just 3 end points on '' my zipato''. 1 of this 4 result with '' nessun attributo'' so i can't make the association, and i can't see the input ''on/of'' on the app.
Can you help me?
