Proper way to change a battery on a Zipato sensor?
Ok, I'm sure that I'm missing something... I have several Zipato wireless devices and needed to open one up. However, opening it will cause the tamper alarm to go on, so I was looking for the instructions to change the battery, but can't find them on the users guide or anywhere online.
I tried setting all the alarms that I have (intruder, system, safety) to Maintenance mode before opening the sensor, but that didn't work...the alarm still went off. I looked in the specific sensor configuration on the main device and sub-devices, but nothing jumps out as an option to prevent the tamper alarm from going off.
I actually figured this out at one point before I was running under a cluster...so hoping someone can point me back in the direction of what I found before.
