Provide information when rules stop executing

It would be really helpful if information could be provided about rules that stop executing due to an error (like: "error: rule 128 stopped execution prematurely at "send message" block"). I just had a problem where I had left a reference to a deleted virtual switch in a "send message" block. This caused the rule with the block to stop execution at that block, and pretty much caused everything else to stop working. I eventually tracked down the problem, but it would be so much easier if there were some kind of alert to tell you when stuff like this is going wrong.
