Routines in Alexa in Spain?

I bought an Echo Spot in the UK recently and it's working very nicely (in Spain). However, when Adrian mentioned "routines" I looked for them but couldn't see them in the menu anywhere. Does this have something to do with the fact that the Echo hasn't actually been launched in Spain yet?
Is anyone using the Echo in Spain and able to see "routines"? Alberto maybe?
