Rule problem with sunrise-sunset

Need Answer

I used to only controll the outdoor lights with clock. Now i want to try it with sunrise/sunset under variables and meters\weather. It worked perfectly with only clock, and when i changed the times with sunrise/sunset it will always turn off the lights. (lights is 433mhz, so it will repeat 3 times because some long ranges..)
