Scene switching on rules, where is the status?

Hallo i have made a rule and switched it by scene with a virtual switch.
my question is, after RUN the related scene, where I can see the status of rule? in the panel of my home rule it should appear "enabled"?
ecause it seem that the status of rule is always disabled.
