Is there a way to schedule my water tank (via an Heavy Duty Switch) like i do for my Thermostats ?

Also, is there a way to create rules for Present / Away to include Thermostats and Water Tank ?

Also, what is the best way to change my door lock keycode (would be cool if I can do it from the mobile app) ... I need to do it often as the house is a short term rental, would also like to be able to "group" my 2 locks to change the code for both in same time ...
