Security widget missing & door sensor not responding

Hello,
I've bought a Zipato smart alarm today and i've ran into some issues while i was trying to configure it...
Firstly, My door sensor is not responding, i've tried removing it and pairing it back but nothing changed.
Secondly, i can't find the security widget to arm/disarm the alarm and set it up in the web application, i was trying to follow some instructions from a french blog but the tab is missing on my interface and i haven't found what is replacing it...
