Trouble adding CoTech 50027 Remote (433MHz)

As I noticed in the "Add new device wizard" that CoTech switch modules

and the remote model 50027 was supported by the Zipabox Duo that I have,

I went and bought myself a pack with the remote and three switch

modules model 51058X10. But as I get home and try to add them I cannot

make them work.

So far I have managed to connect the remote with

one of the switches and to connect an other switch with my old Telldus

NET, but I have not been able to connect any switch or the remote with

my Zipabox.

When I try to add the devices in the new UI I only

get "Starting inclusion process..." without any timer (as I get when

adding Nexa devices), which should be wrong at least for the switches as

the Zipato cannot possibly get any feedback back from the device when

the inclusion is finished.

In the old UI I cannot find the CoTech

devices at all but I have tried adding the remote as a "Kangtai 50027

remote", without any luck.

I have also tried adding the switches

as Nexa PET-1500 devices, as they look very similar, in both the new and

the old UI without any luck.

Is there anyone from support or someone out there who has any experience with the CoTech devices and Zipato?
