Hello

Question .. My zipatile has a problem with the zipato app. So it always returns an error

Unfortunately zipato has stopped after 10-40 seconds after I run the app.

I have cleared the cache many times, and 2 weeks ago I reset the zipatile to factory settings with the vol down +power and add everything from scratch(devices, rules etc).. but nothing changed.

From web and phone everything is fine.

And another question. After I erased it I registered it to v3 server. My problem there is with new app for the iphone because most of the devices are not shown there (also the zipato rgbw bulb). If I open the old mobile app all of the devices ae there except the virtual.

Any ideas ??
