Use of the input connector which is built in the controller

Good afternoon. I have the Zipatile controller and the system of protection against Gidrolock leakages. I want to obtain information on actuating of sensors of leakages on the controller. For this purpose Gidrolock have an output "an open collector" on which at the time of actuating of the sensor potential appears. May I connect this output to a Zipatile controller input that it could process and send it to SMS or execute other command according to the scenario?
