Virtual switch state lost after reboot

Recently scheduler based rules are unreliable (maybe since about one to two weeks). More important, after rebooting Zipatile many virtual switches are loosing its state and sometimes it looks as the switches are not on nor off, meaning having no state at all. Are other observing similar troubles? I haven't done any modifications to the system recently.
