Virtual Thermostat programming OFF

Good morning.
I've select a weekly program in virtual thermostat. We've four setting range (comfort, economy...), but really, my daily away setting is TURN OFF the AC.
This option is not present in pop-up menú, and then, Do I need a rule to set OFF de AC?
Any way using programming map?
If finally I must use a rule to turn OFF on night, virtual thermostat will not try set in night mode (i.e.)?
