Vision SIREN ZM1602 goes offline

Dear friends
I have installed Vision Siren ZM1602 in a house , just about 15 meters distance of zipabox.
every 2-3 days it goes offline and i need to do a network heal to wake it up.
otherwise it will not alarm during partition trip.
please help me
