Vizia RF+ VRCZ4-MRZ Scene Control

I am trying to add the Vizia RF+ VRCZ4-MRZ to my Zipato environment. I was able to include it, but only seem to be able to recognize changes to the main load attached to the switch itself ("Root Device"). I haven't found any combination of rules that will recognize when other buttons are pressed. It appears in Device Manager as:
Leviton Generic Controller
Group 2
OnOffInput
No Attributes
Group 3
OnOffInput
No Attributes
Group 4
OnOffInput
No Attributes
Root Device
Basic Control
STATE
How can I get Zipato to recognize changes (on/off) on buttons 2-4?
