zipatile account change

I have a zipatile registered with one account and I want to change the account of the zipatile by another
my questions are:
If I do the account change will delete all the programming and the devices that are in it?
Is there any way to change accounts without deleting all programming and devices?
if this can not be implemented since if the people who live in a house move to another and do not take the domotics, new people living in it can create an account without having to re-add the devices and program them
