thermostat doen't record the desired time

Solved

Hello everyone,

in the weekly adjustment of the thermostat, it's impossible to record the start time or disarmament quarter hour (8.15 am....) The ajsustement is rounded to the hour.

For example:

I want the thermostat in comfort mode from 8.15pm to 7.45am.

But when I return to the thermostat, the time recorded returns from 8pm to 8am, why?

Is it impossible to record the time every 15 minutes?

Thanks

Lionel

Sorry for delay. Currently we have a small issue with the thermostat. After you delete something and synchronize, you should restart the box at accept the settings afterwards. After the new firmware upgrade this week, it won't be necessary. If the problem persist, you should send us your username and pass to check directly on your account as we can't replicate this problem...

does it also fix the daily view which is not correct ? Mismatch with weekly view and at the end not easy to know what will happen.

and now after this morning the heating system which didn't start I have a thermostat which didn't report correct temperature. I have another thermostat using same temperature source which is ok.

Every day I find new bug. I'm wondering if the box will work correctly a day. Just to be sure : Is the box officially launched or are we in a beta test program ????

Hello,

After the update, the setting is still not working in schedules planned.

It's really a hassle not being able to adjust the start time and end as we want
