Hi,
Is it just my system or did the sunrise/sunset function stop working after adjusting for daylight saving?

Me too. My rules using sunrise/sunset stop working every year when the clocks change for daylight savings.
Resetting / power-cycling does does not help. Try editing the broken rule, replacing the scheduler block with a new one.
