I can't connect Zipatile to Akuvox R20A

Good afternoon!

I have installed the Akuvox r20a call panel and the Zipatile panel (S/N: ZT350940C9316C02D9) with SOFTWARE version 1.3.61 j. I purchased a SIP server license through my zipato personal account.

It is not possible to configure the connection of these devices so that the call from the Akuvox r20A panel comes to Zipatile. Could you send detailed instructions for setting up this bundle of devices?
