Zipatile2 "EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL"

Hello Zipato team,

I bought a new Zipatile2. The Ziaptile2 is connected to my network via Wlan and is registered at Zipato.

After switching on, the device has only been showing a screen with "EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL" for 24 hours. In the Ziapto APP the Zipatile2 is displayed. What can I do to use the Zipatile?

I opened a ticket. The following answer from support:

Hi Peter

the problem is that your Zipatile2 is connected to our v2 platform but it should be connected to our new v3 platform.

The solution it to use Dashboard in your interent browser, open my.zipato,com and do Clear Owner under settings.

After that open my3.zipato.com, login with the same account and create System, add your Zipatile2 to the system.

After that reboot your zipatile2 and login on zipatile2.

When login is done, update all zipato application in App Repo.
