Air Conditioner Auto Mode problem - Always Cooling

Hi everybody,

I have been trying to set up a zipato in our hotel room for couple of days.

I have a weird problem about controling air conditioner with zipato.

i set up AC with ir remote code from the list and virtual thermostat pro.

Heating and Cooling mode working almost as it's supposed to be but when i select auto mode AC is ALWAYS COOLING the room.

i realised when i select heating or cooling mode from thermometer, ir remote paramaters changed as its should be (pictures below)

But when select auto mode, remote control paramaters nothing changed.

Is there anybody have problem auto mode like that? or any idea for solution about that?

I would ask that you open a ticket on https://community.zipato.com/ with the System Serial Number of your Zipato device so that we have easier time tracking and resolving this issue.
