Zipato V3 new Android App Vers. 3.1.9 not connecting

Latest release dated 21st Aug. 2020 is not showing anymore the devices ....
It is connecting the hub in V3 but then nothing appearing.
Using web Ui everything seems fine.
The same problem

in the mobile app 3.1.9 it should be possible to open Dashboard menu and under Types widgets open device's abilities.
Please submit a ticket for this particular issue.
