Security Module - Battery Problem

Good morning everyone, I have a problem with ZipaBox and its Security Module.
I connected the battery with correct polarity, but the ZipaBox without power does not stay on and the indications appear in the Control Center does not detect the battery.
Battery 13.2V if disconnected from the module, if connected to a 13.5 ZipaBox
What is wrong ??

did you connect the security module to the correct side of the zipabox?

All works fine. When i unplug the wire the zipabox still ON.
The bad thing is the information in the Control Center, change them if possible.
The iOS App show the right information:
Battery Level: Normal
Battery Status: Charging
