Alexa not working

Anywone have a problem with Alexa or it is only me?
Zipatile v2 here.
One more question, is virtual devices are working with v3 and Alexa now? Virtual devices working with Alexa is the only reason i ma not with NICE (Fibaro) from two years now. But this can't be forever, esepecially when Alexa is 50/50 even with v2 for the last half an year. Sorry but i am really frustrated :(
