Cannot open Ticket

Hello,


i just wanted to open a new Ticket, because my new 433MHz doesn't seem to be detected.


I trieb to send you a an mail to support@zipato.com and i always get an answer that my email isn't registered and the ticket therefore isn't accepted.

Try: support.zipato.com (and use your login from your box).

No this doesn't work too. I realized i had a different email address in the controllcenter users, i changed it to the same email address.

Hello Raimund,


please log in to my.zipato.com and change your password in the Users -> Edit. The password change will automatically be applied on support.zipato.com as well and you should have no more problems.
