Simplest thing you can do, right? Switch?
Completed
Why is it so hard? User should not need to know any thing about bindings, endpoint or group?
A switch can have 2 states ON or OFF, but a switch can be mono stable meaning that it spring loads back when you push it.
This function should be simple to use IMO! When I think of what you should be able to do with a triggering mono stable switch is this:
This should be the simplest thing you can do, turn ON or OFF light, socket, rule, group or scene.
- Push switch turn ON light, push again turn OFF light. Switch is spring loaded and send Trigger signal.
- Double tap makes the switch do something ells.
- Trippel tap makes the switch do something ells.
- Press and hold makes the switch do something ells. (if that function is available)
