Scheduler probably not working.
Solved
I´m on Beta 09.999.7d and the rules with scheduler are not working. As example I did a very basic one. (see picture below)
Maybe I´m doing something wrong. (Box is synced and rules are synced)
Please help.
But for some reason my.zipato.com shows an old date of last syncronization, even though I get a success message after sync. (The last sync was right now 03.08.2015 15:08)
The old version shows it right

Revert back to the lastest official version and it works.
It is defenitely a problem of the beta. Not only scheduling but all all rules did not work wit beta..

You mentioned Philips Hue is working. On the ....6 or with the ... 7d. I have the problem with the Hue, that during the search for the bridge the box is going offline (see my ticket...)
