intercom does not work

Hello I dial the ap nr from down stair table and cannot ring me ...I am using firmware 2.0.9a and zipatible2.
if I disconnect WIFI, zipato sais: cloud server is unreachable...any idea how to fix it ?
the feature has been working since a while so I am not sure why this is not working now!
now I see a new firmware version 2.1.10 but wanna know if there are known issues of this type or if you list them already!
