How can I be sure I can use http requests in my Rule Creator??

Dear all,

I'm having issues in using the http request in rule creator, but I'm now start thinking that I may have not been enabled to use it. How can I check it? I have purchased the "Messaging PRO" amd "Rule Creator PRO" Features from my Zipabox, is it enough?

You could use this service: postcatcher

http://postcatcher.in , but you must then use a different url than the one you intend to use in the future. It will answer if post requests are fired, though
