Zipabox stays Flashing white

When I try to update (or restart) my Zipabox, the white led keeps flashing quickly. I somewhere read that this indicates that the firmware is upgrading. However, I can wait for hours, but the white flashing led doesn't change.
Can anyone help me with this?

Best is to open a ticket with urgent status. Then you will get help quickly. Or you try a hard reset. That brings your box to its built in firmware. Better is to wait for support.
