Presence Detection with timecounter

I have a new idea how to do a presence detection.
But it won't work as designed or as i think it's designed.
I think there is a problem with the "decrement" of variable WOZIABWESENHENDCOUNTER.
My idea was to set the a time in minutes at this variable WOZIABWESENHENDCOUNTER.
If there is no motion for this time, the state of variable WOZIANWESENHEIT switches to 0 (no presence detected).
Otherwise the state of variable WOZIANWESENHEIT will still be 1 (presence detected).
I controll a lamp with the state of WOZIANWESENHEIT but lamp still is on also in case of no motion.
Whats wrong in this rule?

But i think that's not the solution.
Because my problem is, that the rule went to the loop because there is no motion, but light never switches off. So there must be a problem with the decrement i think so?
