Nexa NEYC-3 problem

Hi,
I just bought nexa NEYC-3 and I set them up, I can join them to the zipato box but when it's joined all I see is no endpoints.
I think this means it can't see what kind of device it is.
How do I fix this?
I have tried to exclude them and include them again.

What i figured out trying to add nexa products its to switch to old app Then it worked fine for me, strange enough....
