Zipamini doesn't upgrade

Hello

I have a zipamini for few month, but i can't upgrade from 0.9.999.6 to 0.9.999.8.

When i click on update, the process begin and 10minutes later the message say "error" the zipamin goes offline, i do reboot the zipamini .

How can i update firmware ?

please contact us on support.zipato.com with the serial number of your Zipamini and we will give you an alternative upgrade procedure.

Does zipamini have only 3 apps?

Zipamini, Z-Wave setting, XBMC. That's all I can do?

Can I install Google play on zipamini?

Need some help :-(
