I opened up three tickets by now and it took Zipato 15 min to four hours to solve my problems
(1st ticket because I could not include any device, 2nd was because the 433MHz modul wasn´t recognized by the system and the 3rd was because one 433MHz Sensor couldn´t be included. Perhaps it was just luck or easy to solve but I was quite content with the response time.
