Stopping a timer in a rule

Hi,

check the following rule:

4557d826a8facedb330163ba3d905ef5

I would like to lock the door 60seconds after arming the intruder alarm. This works fine.

But in case I disarm the alarm within these 60s, I don't want my door to be locked (stay unchanged). To my understanding the STOP clause is able to achieve that, but unfortunately it is not working.

Any help?

put a join block in between the when and if blocks
