Nodon soft remote impossible excl/incl

hello. I have a nodon soft remote, but it is impossible to exclusion/inclusion on my zipabox, I think I have tried many many times now and read the manual many many times. Is there anyone how has a clue?
I get so angry about this/thoes devices, why should it be so difficult.

Click + together with filled circle one sec, it starts to blink pink.
Press filled circle and start inclusion in Zipabox UI.
That works for me, but maybe not every time I try.
Maybe do a factory reset on the remote, - together with ring key 1 sec. red/green blink confirms.

Okey, I will try soon. But its start with exclusion first and then inclusion. So I wonder how. Like I Said before I have read the manual but i wont get
