Need Answer
Hello,
I would like to check if one plug device is offline.
Does anybody know how to do that in a rule ?
Thank you in advance

Christophe,
As far as I know there is no way to know a device is offline in a rule. Offline status is based on how many times the controller is not receiving wake up command from the device for the configured period of time, 1 time is yellow (warning), more than 1 time is red (offline). Zipato owes us offline notifications for a while...

You could try this maybe:
- Check the plug's current status in the Zipabox (on or off)
- Toggle its status
- Wait a bit
- Check whether its status was successfully toggled. If not, it's probably offline.
I used this method to check whether the power had been cut to the kitchen when I was experiencing an electrical problem.
