Hi,

The technician set me an arbitrary email address as a user name.

How do I change my login email address?

you will need to register yourself again with your email address, then login with the arbitrary email and add it to the controller. Not sure why he would send you an arbitrary email, who is the owner of the controller?(in settings via web portal) and are you registered as a user or master/ supervisor. This will also determine if you can change/add users yourself.
