Panic Alarm - A partion of its own?

Need Answer

I am trying to add the feature of a panic button that activates a silent alarm and also contacts the alarm central. Since this is alarm differes from a normal intruder alarm (silent and directly to alarm central) - do I need to add a different partion / virtual Alarm
