Zipatile door sensors not working or recognized

I have a test zipatile that was powered down for about 3 months. After powering back up it does not recognize the 2 door window sensors anymore. But it does not show them offline either.
Not sure why this has happended. Please advise

Door sensors are battery devices. As long as Zipatile doesn't get in touch with them, it won't know their status. Try to wake them up to send their status.
