Hello! I created a new acoount , logged into my.zipato.com. Where can I change my password?

Hello! This only works for new users. I wrote: I created a new account. Then I logged in (first time). When I click on user symbol, I can't see myself. So I can't change my password. I can create new users. For sure. The I can change the password for new users. But I can't change the passwortd for myself.

Hello,

add the user to a Zipato controller (since otherwise there is no use for users), and then you will be able to do so.

Thanks. But it doesn't make sense for me. On thing is the user account in myzipta.com. The other thing is the controller. First I create an account. And the account for itself should be changeable without a controller. In every forum, I log in, and can change the account settings !!

The my.zipato.com accounts are meant to be used for the Zipato controllers. You could add it to a controller of yours, change the password, and delete the member afterwards. Don't forget to save and synchronise.
