Can't IR Extender include in my z-Wave Server

Hello,

I have a new IR Extender and I want to iclude in my Smart Home (Raspberry Pi3, Razberry2 Z-Wave Module, Openhabian System)

The include process go to 70% and then stopped the process.

The "IR Extender" write, that I must wakeup my device, but I have it connected via USB cable and not via battery.

I press the botton again, but the same result -> stopped by 70% include.

Can you help me?
